We’re happy to announce that Livonia Family Dental has reopened to treat all our patients. Thank you so much for your support during this difficult time. If you need to set up an appointment you may call or text our office at (734) 427-2222 and someone will get back to you. Please understand that we are currently dealing with a high volume of callers, if you can’t reach us via phone please try to text us instead.
Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures in accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Michigan Dental Association (MDA).
You’ll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we’ve implemented the following changes:
- Our staff will ask you screening questions when scheduling your appointment.
- All patients making an appointment will be asked to update their health history form and complete a COVID-19 Pre-screening form
- Please use the hand sanitizer that we have available when you come into the office.
- We have removed hard-to-disinfect items in the waiting room to make it easier to clean frequently during the day.
- We are allowing more time between appointments to manage social distancing between patients.
- You will be asked to wait in your car instead of the waiting room. We ask that you text us when you arrive at our office. At that time, we will check you into your appointment and then notify you when you may enter the building.
- We ask that you come into the office alone. If necessary, one caregiver or family member may come in with the patient.
- We will take your temperature before your appointment.
- You will see that all staff, including the front office staff, will be wearing masks.
- We ask that everyone who enters our office wear a face covering or mask.
- There may be other changes as we try to keep social distancing to six feet.
Again, thank you so much for your support. We’re happy to continue serving you, and can’t wait to see your smile!
Sincerely,
Livonia Family Dental
Thanks Dr. Grunberger for seeing me today
I had a Covid 19 test done at Makes Urgent Care in June 12 that was negative. No symptoms but having a paralyzed vocal cord, causing irritation, wanted reassurance.
I am 68 years old. Have been to a fair share of dentists over the years, had I came upon Dr Grunberger earlier in life my list of dentists would have one name on it.
They are great ! Have been going there for years and always been satisfied they are really willing to help would highly recommend them to people
